Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing The Occult Therapist. We appreciate your trust in our services and are committed to providing you with a seamless experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be granted for our services.

No Refund Policy:

• All readings and personalized chart creations involve significant time, consultation, and effort on our part.
• Once a reading or personalized chart has been conducted and delivered, there will be no refunds.
• This policy is in place due to the irreversible nature of the time and resources invested in preparing personalized content.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

• Cancellation of a paid consultation session will not be possible after payment is made due to the preparatory work involved in creating personalized charts.
• The scheduled time for each client is reserved exclusively for them, and as a result, we commit our resources and expertise to prepare for their session. This includes time spent on preparatory work and research tailored to the client's needs.
• Additionally, the reserved time slot prevents us from accommodating potential clients who could have booked and paid for that slot, leading to a loss of opportunity to serve other clients.
• Clients are allowed one free opportunity to reschedule their session if they reach out within 5 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
• Rescheduled sessions will be arranged based on the availability of the service provider.
• The rescheduled session will be scheduled via Zoom and a link will be sent to the client's email. There is no need to rebook through the website.

Missed Appointments (No-shows) and Additional Rescheduling:

• In the case of a missed appointment without prior notification or any further rescheduling requests beyond the one free opportunity, the session fee will be forfeited without eligibility for a refund.
